About the network
At Fridtjof Nansen Institute, we have an ongoing project titled "Geopolitics in the Arctic in a new Era". The objective of the project is to contribute to a more enlightened and knowledgeable debate about security and geopolitical conditions in the Arctic, especially regarding the Norwegian High North.
Enhancing the Arctic Security debate
The most effective way to achieve the goal describe above, is to gather those actors that engage in analysis and research on Arctic security and geopolitics. Therefore we have set up an informal network of “likeminded” institutions. These will share knowledge and information, as well as jointly attend and organise seminars and conferences.
